Weaving
With the impressive production capacity of 1.2 million meters per year, our weaving department is all geared up to face all the challenges of the textile industry. Our weaving units comprises of over 24 Auto looms and 14 Power looms for weaving. The weaving facilities are capable of producing twill, drills, satin, sheeting. Varying from size 20” to 72” ranging from as fine as 20 picks to 70 picks, we use high quality yarn, providing us a leading edge in producing high- end fabrics.
Processing
Providing processed finished products to clients we fulfill dyeing, printing and brushing demands of customers as per their needs.
Stitching
We have developed a highly skilled trained workforce of peoples to provide a global stitching standard output. Our workforce is trained to stitch with accuracy and precision as per international standards.
Packaging
We have developed a well-organized warehousing & packaging unit at our premises. This unit aids us in safe and systematic storing of our products with trained staff. Packaging provided as per customer's preferences and packed with accuracy and precision within international standards at global packaging standards.
Quality Assurance
We aim at delivering an immaculate range of products to our esteemed clients within a stipulated time frame. For this purpose, we have hired a team of quality inspectors, which is highly skilled and trained. These quality inspectors stringently test these products on various parameters such as elasticity of fabrics, material strength and colorfastness
